RDT CNN — Diagnostic Test Image Regression
ResNet-18 + CORAL ordinal regression predicts analyte concentrations from lateral flow assay strip images. 59.3% ± 0.6% exact accuracy on a 12-class ordinal problem (7× random chance) on a dataset I designed and collected.
